Roof level

LoundSide, Chapeltown New Home Now at the roof level, the "Cut Up's" are now being constructed to the Apex where the ridge beams will be mounted to accept the first Rafter I-Beams. Internal Blockwork up to Cill hight

Internal Blockwork is now upto Cill hight with all drainage in place and backfilled, drainage pipes running under the entrance to the garage have been encased in concrete to avoid any settlement as the driveway will need compacting before blockpaving can comense.

A french drain has been laid around the rear and side of the house to stop any underground water or future heavy rainfall from penetrating under the house floor, the walls next to the french drain have been tanked with bitumin paint and bituthene membrain.

Foundation Blocks laid

Steel Reinforcement Ring Beams fitted

After an initial Concrete pour to "bottom out" the Trenches, Construction starts on the Steel Reinforcement Ring Beams which are then lowered and fitted in place.
