Internal Blockwork is now upto Cill hight with all drainage in place and backfilled, drainage pipes running under the entrance to the garage have been encased in concrete to avoid any settlement as the driveway will need compacting before blockpaving can comense.A french drain has been laid around the rear and side of the house to stop any underground water or future heavy rainfall from penetrating under the house floor, the walls next to the french drain have been tanked with bitumin paint and bituthene membrain.
